For the best quality, please upload high-resolution photos in their original format. While we aim for accurate colour reproduction, monitor settings, sublimation technology, and production variations may cause slight differences between what you see on your screen and the final product.

If you would like our designer to handle the cropping, please upload your original photo. Alternatively, if you prefer to crop the photo yourself, we recommend using a 3:2 aspect ratio before uploading.

How to Crop on iPhone

1. Open your photo in the gallery.
2. Tap Edit (top-right).
3. Select Crop (bottom).
4. Tap the aspect ratio icon at the top (rectangles layered with a square).
5. Scroll to the right end of the bottom menu and select the 3:2 ratio.
6. Adjust as needed for portrait or horizontal orientation.
7. Tap Done to save.
