If you would like our designer to handle the cropping, please upload your original photo. Alternatively, if you prefer to crop the photo yourself, we recommend using a 16:9 aspect ratio before uploading.

Photos will be adjusted as needed to enhance colour and clarity, ensuring the best possible results for your personalised creations.

For the great quality, please upload high-resolution photos in their original format. While we aim for accurate colour reproduction, monitor settings, sublimation technology, and production variations may cause slight differences between what you see on your screen and the final product.

How to Crop on iPhone

1. Open your photo in the gallery.
2. Tap Edit (top-right).
3. Select Crop (bottom).
4. Tap the aspect ratio icon at the top (rectangles layered with a square).
5. Scroll to the right end of the bottom menu and select the 16:9 ratio.
6. Adjust as needed for portrait or horizontal orientation.
7. Tap Done to save.
